IN GOOD COMPANY

Where Women Come Home to Their Own Authority

You were never meant to do this alone

A conscious community for women ready to trust themselves, speak from truth, and lead their lives from inner alignment…held in connection with other grounded, powerful women.

You’re really good at holding others.

You listen deeply. You notice what isn’t being said. People come to you when they need clarity or steadiness, or just someone who can sit with them without trying to fix everything.

But when it comes to your own life and your own decisions, something shifts.

You feel what’s true for you, and then you pause. You turn it over in your mind. You wonder if you’re missing something, or if it would be wiser to wait a little longer, or hear someone else’s perspective first.

Not because you don’t know yourself. And not because you aren’t capable.

It’s more that you’ve been carrying so much of this on your own for a long time.

And at some point, it becomes clear that inner authority was never meant to be built in isolation.

Why This Space Exists

Before you decide anything, I invite you to hear why this space exists and what it was created to make possible for women like you.

Many women are living lives that, on paper, look full.

There are people they love. Responsibilities they care about. A home, a family, maybe work that matters. They know they’re fortunate, and they don’t take that lightly.

And still, something doesn’t quite settle.

It’s not a crisis, and it’s not dissatisfaction in the way we’re taught to recognize it. It’s more like a quiet sense of being slightly out of sync with yourself. A feeling that there’s something inside you that hasn’t quite been named yet.

Because it’s subtle, it’s easy to question it. To tell yourself you should feel grateful. To wonder if wanting more clarity, more aliveness, or more truth somehow means you’re overlooking the goodness of the life you already have.

So you look for language on your own.

You read the books.
You listen to the podcasts.
You reflect, journal, and try to make sense of it quietly, in the background of a very full life.

And because it’s hard to explain, and even harder to justify, you start to assume you might be the only one who feels this way.

Join In Good Company Gatherings

In Good Company is a monthly gathering held on the fourth Thursday of each month from 4:00–5:00 PM Central.

Each month carries a shared theme, creating a space to slow down, notice what’s present, and explore what’s shifting beneath the surface of your work and your life.

This isn’t about showing up perfectly or having the right answers. It’s about being in a room where awareness is welcomed, where reflection is valued, and where you don’t have to navigate it all on your own.

You’re welcome to join for any month that feels aligned.

CLOSING THE CIRCLE

Theme: Carrying Authority Forward

  • Integration of the year

  • Owning the inner alliance

  • Stepping into the next cycle consciously

In Good Company exists because inner authority doesn’t emerge through striving or self-improvement.

It emerges when women have space to slow down, listen inwardly, and speak what’s true in the presence of others who are doing the same.

This is not a space to be fixed, coached, or told who to become.

It’s a community designed to support the gradual, embodied process of coming back into alignment with yourself.

Here, you don’t need to justify why something feels off, or explain why you want more clarity before you act. You get to notice what’s true, name it in your own time, and feel how it lands when it’s met with resonance rather than advice.

Over time, that changes how you relate to your voice.

Decisions become less about second-guessing and more about listening.

Clarity comes from within, not from comparison.

And authority stops being something you think about and starts being something you live.

Meet Joanna

Joanna Douglas is a Personal Mastery & Pattern Recognition Guide who works with people that appear capable and put-together on the outside, but are beginning to sense that something in the way they’re living or working no longer feels sustainable. Her work focuses on helping clients recognize the patterns shaping their decisions, reactions, and relationships so they can pause, see clearly, and choose differently. Rather than offering quick fixes or surface-level strategies, Joanna creates space for deeper awareness—the kind that shifts how someone relates to themselves in real time.

Her approach is grounded in the belief that most people don’t need more tools—they need to understand what they’re already doing on repeat. Through frameworks like the Depletion → Fulfillment model and her work in pattern recognition, Joanna supports clients in moving from effort-driven change into something more honest, stable, and self-directed. This work isn’t for everyone, but for those who are ready to take responsibility for how their experience is being created, it often changes more than they expected.

She is a certified International Coaching Federation coach and Enneagram practitioner.

Your Questions, Answered

  • No. This space is designed to support your life, not compete with it. You’re welcome to attend the gathering that works for you each month, and to step back when needed.

  • While gatherings are live and designed to be experienced in real time, we understand that life happens. You’ll still be part of the series and can rejoin in a future month when timing allows. Meetings will not be recorded, and in later months, perhaps there will be two options exist to join each month.

  • This is a facilitated, theme-based community space. There is gentle teaching and guided practice, but the heart of the experience is relational, embodied, and lived — not content to consume or complete.

  • Group size is intentionally limited to support safety, presence, and meaningful conversation. When the group is larger, we break into small discussion circles so voices can be heard.

  • That’s okay. You don’t need certainty to join — just curiosity. You’re invited to listen to yourself and decide in a way that feels honest and supportive.

  • Yes. You can choose to join the full series with an early commitment savings, or participate one month at a time based on your capacity and interest.

  • No. This space is not therapy or one-on-one coaching. It’s a facilitated community experience designed to support self-awareness, self-trust, and inner authority in a relational setting.
