Grief doesn't keep a schedule, and it rarely looks the way other people expect it to.
This group is for you if:
You've lost someone you love, recently or years ago, and the weight hasn't settled
The people around you have moved on, but you haven't, and that feels lonely
You were a caregiver, and you're still finding your way back to yourself
You want a steady, private space to talk, listen, and be understood
You're ready for gentle structure, not someone telling you how to feel
Beth? ? Grief in many forms???
Note: Coaching is not therapy. This is a group coaching cohort, and it isn't a place to be fixed. It's a place to be accompanied. If you're in crisis or need clinical support, we'll gladly help you find the right resource.
What to Expect
to help your body settle before you speak
A grounding practice
1
drawn from the book we're reading together
A reflection
2
as much or as little as you choose
Time to share and to listen
3
A small practice
4
to carry into your week
For twelve Wednesday evenings, the same small group gathers. Because the cohort is closed, no new people join partway through, so trust can build week by week.
